To secure your order, we require payment in advance as follows:

• A 50% advance payment is required before we begin producing your order. This amount is non-refundable once production begins.
• The remaining 50% balance must be paid before your order is dispatched.
• All prices are listed and payable in Indian Rupees (INR) or US Dollars (USD).
• Payments can be made via secure online payment gateways, bank transfers, or other accepted payment methods.
• Goods remain the property of KAYRA Jewels until full payment is received.
• International payments may be subject to additional bank charges or exchange rate fluctuations, which are the customer's responsibility.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer shipping services to specific selected international locations. Our trusted courier logistics partners manage shipping across destinations. We work hard to dispatch your order as soon as possible. However:

• Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and other factors.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.

• International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, which must be paid by the customer.

6. Return & Exchange Policy
